Important details about LIVE Town Hall events presented by CSWA: 

• All CSWA events are held in Eastern Time.
• Town Hall events are for members only. They are usually held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm Eastern Time.
• Registering for a live CSWA event always prompts an almost immediate confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within an hour of registering, please check your spam/junk mail folder and then reach out to administrator@clinicalsocialworkassociation.org for assistance at that time. 
• In most cases, Zoom links will be emailed 2 days prior to the start of a program. 
• All inquiries regarding registration status, Zoom links or other event-related concerns must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of an event. Staff may not be able to provide assistance right before or during an event.
• Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received by the home office at administrator@clinicalsocialworkassociation.org at least 72 hours before the start of a program.
