Position Summary: The Clinical Research Assistant will provide support to Dr. Emily Rivet’s clinical and programmatic research by performing a variety of routine, non-technical duties to assist professional and technical staff in both clinical and research settings. The role involves supporting daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with established research protocols, and contributing to the overall success of ongoing studies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and oversee all logistical aspects of the project to ensure smooth execution.
· Develop, manage, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
· Schedule, organize, and facilitate symposia, meetings, and related events.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering clear and consistent communication.
· Track progress and provide regular updates and reports to leadership and collaborators.
· Anticipate and troubleshoot challenges to keep the project on schedule.
· Manage project-related documentation, records, and reporting requirements.
· Support budget tracking and resource allocation as needed.

Typical Education Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related science preferred. 0-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

· Good understanding of laboratory information systems and automated laboratory equipment.

Market Range
· Midpoint $45,300.00 $43,100.00 $40,900.00
A market-based salary range is established for each University job and is based on external salary data for similar work at other comparable employers. The midpoint of the range is the going rate for the job in the external market.
