In these difficult times, LCSWs need to take care of ourselves and manage our anxiety about the COVID-19 disruptions so that we can continue to provide our patients with the help they need.

There will be moderators to open the floor to anyone who wants to ask a question and respond.  

This self-care event will not provide CEs.
