In today's world the need for a protocol to determine suicide risk with all patients is a necessity. Celebrity suicides have highlighted an issue that strikes us all regardless of age, stage, education, religion, or socioeconomic level. As we work, assessing each and every client in the initial visit and subsequent visits, as their circumstances change. Not every client threatens,be alert.
