Do people construct their own reality and therefore have an awareness of the solutions to their difficulties?  In the 80's, Berg and De Shazer developed a mode in therapy that followed an inquiry based script used primarily in addictions.  Now the protocol is being applied to supervision.  Take a look at this article for an interesting perspetive.
